Here are the answers to some frequently asked (and wondered) questions. Please read through, and if you still don't find your answer, contact me!

Jewelry Care:

Please be sure to use care when wearing your jewelry. Remove it before any strenuous activity, or before using beauty products (such as makeup, lotion, or sunscreen), hand sanitizer, or soap. If you would like to polish your silver jewelry, I recommend using the small one included with your order, or a sunshine leaning cloth. 

Return Policy:

Because of the personal nature of jewelry, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a problem, please contact me and we can find out the best way to go forward. 

Shipping:

I ship in the method chosen at checkout. Insurance for those shipments will vary depending on the shipment method, so if you'd like to purchase additional insurance, complete your sale and then contact me before shipment, and I can get you an accurate quote for the insurance. I don't make any money on shipping, all money paid goes directly to the shipping company.

I do my best to get all packages out in a timely manner, but I am a one-woman-show and so I am the shipping department. Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping - depending on the time of year, it can get very busy. I appreciate your patience with this - I know it's hard to wait!

Materials:

I source all my metals and gems through reputable and trusted brands and sellers. I include as much information as I have about the specifics of stones or materials.
