Shipping policy

I prefer to use UPS for shipping things, because of the reliable tracking, and ease of customer service. PO Boxes can only be shipped via USPS, but please note that no additional insurance is purchased with shipping from any company. If you would like to have additional insurance added, please let me know before shipment so I can get you a quote for the additional amount. I can not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages after they are scanned as received by the shipping company. 

Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping! I am a one-woman business and sometimes I need a few days to prepare the jewelry and packages for shipping. Everything I send is made by me and specially curated so that you get a whole experience when receiving your package. I appreciate the patience with this part!
